Contemplative Meditation

Contemplation and meditation comprise the two-fold process of mystical worship by which the individual enters his/her spiritual center of being where communion in the presence of God can be experienced and realized.  Through the dynamics of contemplative meditation, individual awareness readily, effortlessly and naturally enters the inner silence and stillness of the meditative state of mind (the Christ- or Buddha-mind), where it rests immersed in the vast ocean of the Spirit (Pure Consciousness).

Contemplative meditation brings about spiritual transformation in the individual the "paradigm shift" in consciousness.  As spiritual consciousness unfolds, human awareness evolves to its completion with the attainment of mystical enlightenment or illumination (also known as God-realized awareness, Self-realization, Christhood, satori, moksha, beatific vision, or other terms by which it is known and described in spiritual systems and religions).

Contemplative meditation can be practiced individually, in the privacy of one's home, and collectively, in a beneficial group setting such as our spiritual contemplation gatherings or group meditation sittings.  This is how we "worship in spirit and truth."  You can read more about contemplative meditation at our main site.

Centering and Disengaging from Everyday Human Awareness

Be still and know that I am God.

                                        (Psalm 46:10, KJV)

A relaxed, quiet mind is a necessary requisite for effective meditation.

The process for experiencing a state of deep physical, mental, and emotional relaxation and calm is popularly referred to as centering, grounding or yoga in traditional spiritual disciplines.  In the esoteric schools of consciousness and the metaphysical movements of the past two centuries, the same process is described as "disengaging from everyday human awareness," and in the language of modern neuroscience and psychology it is termed brain entrainment, mind dynamics, biofeedback therapy or plain relaxation therapy.

Our system of mind/brain engagement draws the most efficient and the most effective acclimating methods and techniques from all these sources, to induce disengagement from human awareness and prepare you for contemplative meditation practice. It eliminates a lot of trial and error practice or years of strenuous demanding discipline.

Spiritual Healing Practice

Take delight in the Lord and he will
give you the desires of your heart
.

                                             (Psalm 37:4, NIV)

This is what the Lord says: As I have
brought all this great calamity on
this people, so
I will give them all the prosperity I have promised them.

                                            (Jeremiah 32:42, NIV)

"I form the light and create darkness,
I bring prosperity and create disaster;

I, the Lord, do all these things."

                                             (Isaiah 45:7, NIV)

The key to wholeness and healing — to realizing abundant good and blessings in life and to finding solutions and fulfillment in our day to day situations — is hidden in the unitive interpretation or mystical meaning of the quoted scripture passages.  When they are taken into contemplation and meditation and the consciousness of oneness is then realized, healing in all of life's aspects is experienced.

To support your healing practice, we provide lessons in scriptural interpretation that extract the Truth principles for use in contemplation.  Our 5-step healing methodo- logy helps you focus and fine tune your understanding and awareness of these healing principles.

Spiritual Learning Programs, Mentoring and Direction

The contemporary mysticism we teach through our spiritual learning programs is entirely interfaith, nonsectarian and nondenominational, being a distillation of the common mystical principles found in all of the world's major religions and spiritual systems.  It is totally transreligious because the spiritual teachings of mystical Truth rise above any cultural setting or religious dogmatism and tradition.

The learning content of our programs is the invisible, unifying golden thread that weaves and runs through mankind's greatest spiritual revelations and scriptures which seek to describe and define man's relationship to his Creator, Source or Ultimate Cause.

Our spiritual learning programs are made available through the classes, talks, lectures, seminars and workshops we provide to groups of spiritual students.  We also conduct spiritual mentoring to instruct students privately on an individual basis, and spiritual guidance to help individuals along their respective spiritual journeys.

You can read about our spiritual learning programs at The Mystical Path, our information resources site.

For information regarding our current class offerings, go to our Hub & Info Centre.

Our Services

We conduct and facilitate meditation worship service activities, as well as spiritual learning programs for instruction, assistance and guidance in your spiritual journey along the mystical path of life.

“Woman, believe me, the hour is coming when neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem will you worship the Father.
You worship what you do not know; we worship what we know . . .   But the hour is coming, and is now here, when
the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth, for the Father is seeking such people to worship him

God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth.
